I always had to beat the odds, I want to teach you how to do it as well

A little of my background…

I have lived and worked in 3 different countries: Colombia, USA and Belgium.

I have worked in multiple finance related roles as a junior trader, cost accountant, payroll analyst, project manager, consolidation analyst and finance business partner.

I made a career change, moving away from my comfort zone in finance and tapped into a complex and new industry, working in business development for offshore wind farms.

I moved from Colombia to Belgium, a country i never envisioned living in, to study an Advanced Master in Financial Economics. It was at this time that I found a job as an immigrant student, which changed my life.

In Belgium, I navigated five job changes while facing the added challenge of not fluently speaking any of the three national languages, all while needing a job permit.

I have had the privilege of working in both global and local roles across a range of companies and industries. I managed small to billions of euros budgets. I worked in renowned organizations such as Siemens, AB InBev, Mastercard, Lubrizol (Berkshire Hathaway group), Donaldson and Parkwind.

A significant portion of my work involved serving as an advisor, allowing me to witness firsthand how decision-making processes operate at various management levels. This exposure enabled me to delve into the psychology and motivations behind managerial decisions.

From restructuring processes, to hiring and firing decisions to the launch of a new portfolio of products and the establishment of the communication strategy, I was an active participant.

I actively collaborated with HR, Marketing, Engineering, and Production teams to name a few, this enabled me to easily relate to multiple audiences and change my reach depending on particular needs.

My work as an advisor…

In order to grow my career I had to beat the odds, so I developed a system tapping into multiple sources, beyond the regular job search methodologies.

Now you can learn my system, which i have sucessfully replicated with my customers.
